We combine our estate Hawaiian Coffee with our hand selected Certified Organic Guatemalan Arabica Coffee beans and roast to a gentle, medium roast level. Then we add our wonderful French Vanilla flavor, making sure that it is in just the right proportion so that the blend of rich coffee flavor and vanilla complement, and never conflict, with each other.
Our Master Roaster crafts this coffee with great care because it must be guarded against a too-much-vanilla perfumy coffee (like so many of the 'other guys' sell).
