As with our entire Hawaiian Coffee Blend line of great coffee selections, we carefully hand select the finest estate Hawaiian Coffee and blend it with our estate Certified Organic Guatemalan Arabica Coffee beans. We then roast in small batches (only 31 pounds per batch!) to a very rich, deep, dark level, but never over-roast. Achieving just the right dark roast level without producing a bitter after-taste coffee is an art that our Master Roaster has refined to a science (no automated, dial-a-roast in our Certified Organic roasting facility!)
We add just the right amount of rich, chocolate fudge flavor to our freshly roasted coffee to create our Island Chocolate selection. We immediately package this superb dark roast Fudge Chocolate flavored coffee to preserve the rich aromatic qualities of our wonderful Island Chocolate whole bean or ground Hawaiian Coffee Blend.
