We hand select Certified Organic Coffee from private estates that produce outstanding organic Arabica coffee. Each estate is inspected for organic certification and we roast in small, 31-pound batches in a certified organic facility. We carefully roast our Riptide! Espresso Roast Organic Coffee to exactly the right deep, dark roast level (but never, ever to a 'burned' taste!) to insure that all the finest flavor qualities are developed and will produce the finest espresso shots.
